Ginger Cardamon Muffins

Ginger cardamom muffins - you can freeze these too!

  1. 1.5 cups almond flour, 4 tbs coconut flour, 1tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp cardamom, 2-4 tbs of minced ginger (I use 4 but i love ginger!), 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, ⅓ cup honey, ½ cup almond, oat or coconut milk, ½ cup almond milk yogurt (I like whole foods brand)

  2. Combine all ingredients and then pour into muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
