Chakras are energy centers throughout your body. There are 7 Chakras total starting at the base of your spine.

When Chakras are aligned and balanced you are operating at your optimal vibration and energy level and body, mind, spirit are balanced. When out of balance, it can manifest as mental and/or physical issues and or pain.

Here are the seven chakras in order:

  1. The Root Chakra: Muladhara

  2. The Sacral Chakra: Svadhisthana

  3. The Solar Plexus Chakra: Manipura

  4. The Heart Chakra: Anahata

  5. The Throat Chakra: Vishuddha

  6. The Third Eye Chakra: Ajna

  7. The Crown Chakra: Sahasrara

Chakra Details:

  1. Root Chakra

    1. The root chakra, or Muladhara, is located at the base of your spine. It provides you with a base or foundation for life, and it helps you feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. Your root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability

    2. Color - Red

    3. Stones/Crystals - Hematite, Red Jasper, Black Obsidian, Black Tourmaline

    4. Mantras - I am safe / I am secure

    5. Sound - Sound frequency of 396Hz or singing bowl with musical note "C"

    6. Scents - frankincense, clary sage, rosemary, cedarwood, and rosewood

  2. Sacral Chakra

    1. The Sacral Chakra is associated with sensuality/sexuality, creativity, emotions + self-expression.

    2. Color - Orange

    3. Stones/Crystals - amber, coral and orange calcite, citrine, orange aventurine, carnelian

    4. Mantras - I am creative / I am full of joy / I am fulfilled

    5. Sound - Sound frequency of 417Hz

    6. Scents - Sandalwood , cardamom , sweet orange, ylang ylang and neroli, Bergamot

  3. Solar Plexus Chakra

    1. The solar plexus chakra, or Manipura, is located in your stomach area. It's responsible for confidence and self-esteem, as well as helping you feel in control of your life. It’s our gut instincts, our determination, confidence, boundaries + inner peace

    2. Color - Yellow

    3. Stones/Crystals - Tigers Eye, Pyrite, Yellow Jasper, Yellow Topaz, Agate, Yellow Tourmaline, Lemon Quartz, and Sunstone

    4. Mantras - I am strong / I am capable

    5. Sound - Sound frequency of 528Hz

    6. Scents - black pepper, lemongrass, ginger, rosemary, and sandalwood 

  4. Heart Chakra

    1. Serves as our center of love for oneself and others, compassion, empathy and forgiveness. It’s associated with unconditional love, compassion, and joy. It is the source of deep and profound truths.

    2. Color - Green

    3. Stones/Crystals - Rose Quartz, Emerald, Green Aventurine, Rhodonite, Amazonite, Green Jade

    4. Mantras - I am loved / I love freely and receive love freely

    5. Sound - Sound frequency of 639Hz

    6. Scents - Frankincense, Geranium, Melissa, Neroli, Rose, Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang

  5. Throat Chakra

    1. The vishuddha or throat chakra acts as the body’s communication hub. It’s where you find your voice, speak your truth. This chakra is associated with speaking up and expressing yourself, but also with hearing and being heard. Philosophically, the vishuddha chakra is associated with truth, clarity, and responsibility

    2. Color - Blue

    3. Stones/Crystals - Aquamarine, Lapis Lazuli, Amazonite, Sodalite, Blue Lace Agate, Angelite, Blue Apatite

    4. Mantras - I am expressive and speak my truth

    5. Sound - Sound frequency of 741Hz

    6. Scents - Roman Chamomile, Blue Tansy, Champaca, Peppermint, Rosemary, Cypress, Eucalyptus and Ho Wood

  6. Third Eye Chakra

    1. The third eye chakra is the sixth chakra. Located on the forehead, between the eyebrows, it is the center of intuition and foresight. The function of the third eye chakra is driven by the principle of openness and imagination.

    2. Color - Indigo

    3. Stones/Crystals - Celestite, Amethyst, Labradorite, Fluorite, Obsidian, Sodalite

    4. Mantras - I trust my intuition and I experience clarity

    5. Sound - Sound frequency of 852Hz

    6. Scents - Patchouli, Clary Sage, Sandalwood, Cyprus

  7. Crown Chakra

    1. This chakra is all about spiritual connection and transformation. It lifts and inspires you, connecting you to the divine (you might call this angelic energy, the Source, or God.) This chakra also gives you a sense of your own divinity, the awareness that you are a soul in a human body.

    2. Color - Violet

    3. Stones/Crystals - Selenite, Lepidolite, Moon Stone, Howlite, Amethyst, and Hypersthene

    4. Mantras - I am connected to the divine and at peace

    5. Sound - Sound frequency of 963Hz

    6. Scents - Frankincense, Myrrh, Neroli, Rose, Spikenard, Sandalwood and Vetiver
